Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

Paramount Holdings provides digital and creative services. Because our work begins immediately upon order confirmation, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation Before Project Kick-Off

If a client wishes to cancel their order before the onboarding call and before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation After Project Kick-Off

Once the onboarding call has taken place and work has begun, cancellations are eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work not yet completed, as assessed by our project team.

No Refund Situations

No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The project has been fully delivered and approved by the client
  • The client has failed to provide required materials for more than 30 days, causing project stagnation
  • The cancellation request is made after final deliverables have been submitted

Revision Requests

If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered work, they are encouraged to request revisions within the scope of their plan before initiating any cancellation or refund request. We are committed to resolving concerns through revisions wherever possible.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info.paramountintl@gmail.com with the order number included.

Non-Returnable Nature of Services

As all our services are digital and intangible in nature, there is no physical product to return. All decisions regarding partial refunds are made at the discretion of Paramount Holdings management on a case-by-case basis.
