By accessing paramountholdings.co and purchasing any service from Paramount Holdings, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Services

Paramount Holdings provides digital services including web development, graphic design, SEO optimization, digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads management, branding, and video editing. All service scopes are defined at the time of order based on the selected plan.

Orders and Payments

All orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in US Dollars. Paramount Holdings reserves the right to update pricing at any time; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the price paid.

Project Timelines

Standard project delivery is within 2–4 weeks from the project kick-off date, depending on the complexity of the service and timely receipt of required assets from the client. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all required content, assets, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Failure to do so may delay project delivery without liability on the part of Paramount Holdings.

Revisions

Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all final deliverables produced by Paramount Holdings. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Paramount Holdings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
