All our smart lock products come with a 2-year hardware and service warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.

We currently do not provide installation services. However, we offer installation guides, remote support, and recommendations for trusted local technicians to assist with setup.
